We are a family business, born and raised right here in Texas. For over 25 years we have been working hard, building relationships, and delivering on our word. This is not a corporation — it is a family operation where every customer matters and every delivery is personal.

Over 25 years in business, we have been in every type of delivery situation imaginable — tight driveways, rural back roads, steep slopes, narrow gates, soft ground, and everything in between. There is nothing that can phase us anymore. We have seen it all and we know how to handle it.

When you call Connex Cowboys, you are not getting a call center or a middleman. You are talking directly to the people who will show up and deliver your container.

Rural Back Roads

We have delivered down dirt roads, caliche paths, and remote ranch tracks that most drivers would turn around on.

Tight Spaces

Narrow gates, small yards, and tight driveways are no problem. We know how to maneuver and place containers precisely.

Uneven Terrain

Slopes, hills, and uneven ground are part of the job. We assess every site and come prepared with the right equipment.

Photo & Video Assessment

Send us pictures and videos of your delivery site before we arrive. We will review them and let you know exactly what to expect.

Ground Must Be Dry

The ground at your delivery site must be dry at the time of delivery. Wet, soft, or muddy ground creates serious risks for our equipment and your property. If conditions are not safe, we will need to reschedule. Please check the forecast and notify us of any recent rain before your delivery date.

Wrecker Fee Responsibility

In the event that our truck becomes stuck on your property, the wrecker fee is the customer's responsibility. We take every precaution and assess every site before delivery, but ground conditions can change unexpectedly. Sending us photos and videos in advance greatly reduces this risk.

Failed Delivery Compensation

If we arrive at your property and are unable to complete the delivery due to site conditions, access issues, or circumstances within the customer's control, you will be responsible for compensating us for our time, fuel, and truck costs. We drive a long way to serve you — please ensure your site is ready and accessible before your scheduled delivery.

Container Rejection & Delivery Fee

If a customer rejects the container upon delivery, or if we are unable to complete the delivery for any reason — including site access, ground conditions, or customer-related circumstances — the customer is still responsible for the full delivery fee. Our drivers travel significant distances to serve you, and that cost is incurred regardless of whether the container is accepted. Please inspect your site and confirm your order before your scheduled delivery date.

Site Assessment Process

Before every delivery, we strongly encourage customers to send us photos and videos of the delivery location — the driveway entrance, the drop area, any gates or low-hanging obstacles, and the surrounding ground. We will review everything and give you an honest assessment so there are no surprises on delivery day.
