All Sales Are Final

All sales of shipping containers by Connex Cowboys are final. Due to the nature of our products — large, heavy-freight items delivered directly to your property — we do not accept returns or exchanges once a container has been delivered and accepted.

Please inspect your container carefully at the time of delivery before signing off. If you have any concerns about the condition of your container, raise them with the driver before accepting delivery.

Container Rejection at Time of Delivery

If you choose to reject a container at the time of delivery, please be aware of the following:

• You are still responsible for the full delivery fee. Our drivers travel significant distances to serve you, and that cost is incurred regardless of whether the container is accepted.
• The container will be returned to our yard and your order will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Any deposit or payment made toward the container itself may be subject to a restocking or handling fee.

Defective or Misrepresented Products

We stand behind the quality of every container we sell. If your container was materially misrepresented (for example, sold as Cargo Worthy but delivered in a significantly different condition than described), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review the situation and work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a partial credit, a container swap, or another remedy at our discretion.

Failed or Incomplete Deliveries

If we arrive at your property and are unable to complete the delivery due to site conditions, access issues, or other circumstances within the customer's control, you will be responsible for compensating us for our time, fuel, and truck costs. Please ensure your site is ready and accessible before your scheduled delivery date.

If the ground at your delivery site is wet, soft, or muddy, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery at no penalty to either party.

Rent-to-Own Agreements

Rent-to-own contracts are governed by the terms outlined in your individual agreement. Please refer to your signed contract for cancellation, return, and payment terms specific to your arrangement. Visit our Rent to Own page or contact us for more information.
